{"id":6680,"date":"2020-04-09T12:41:52","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T12:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fibrosisquistica.org\/?p=6680"},"modified":"2021-04-20T07:27:00","modified_gmt":"2021-04-20T07:27:00","slug":"ejercicio-fisico-para-fibrosis-quistica-durante-el-confinamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fibrosisquistica.org\/en\/ejercicio-fisico-para-fibrosis-quistica-durante-el-confinamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejercicio f\u00edsico para Fibrosis Qu\u00edstica durante el confinamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el <strong>Hospital Universitario Infantil Ni\u00f1o Jes\u00fas<\/strong> y la <strong>Universidad Europea<\/strong> han creado la iniciativa <strong>#Qu\u00e9dateEnCasaActivo<\/strong> para que los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes con Fibrosis Qu\u00edstica puedan seguir las pautas de ejercicio f\u00edsico en familia\u00a0y eviten\u00a0as\u00ed el sedentarismo, para salir f\u00edsicamente fuertes de esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00a0ello, nos proponen una serie de ejercicios para realizar <strong>al menos 3 veces a la semana<\/strong>, as\u00ed como una coreograf\u00eda para realizar el domingo.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que debes <strong>consultar con tu fisioterapeuta<\/strong> el seguimiento del ejercicio f\u00edsico que realices. \u00c9l te orientar\u00e1 y adecuar\u00e1 personalmente las propuestas\u00a0de entrenamiento que nos propone la iniciativa <strong>#Qu\u00e9dateEnCasaActivo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Env\u00edanos\u00a0tus v\u00eddeos o fotos haciendo ejercicio y cu\u00e9ntanos c\u00f3mo te est\u00e1s manteniendo activo durante el confinamiento.
